Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SCALPX ("the Service", "we", "us"), available at scalpx.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SCALPX. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

SCALPX is a non-custodial cryptocurrency market intelligence and trading terminal that provides:

• Real-time token signal scanning on the Solana blockchain
• Automated buy/sell execution via Jupiter DEX aggregator using your connected Phantom wallet
• Portfolio position tracking and P&L monitoring
• Automated take-profit and stop-loss triggers (server-side)
• Market intelligence signals for Scalper, Swing, and Investor modes

SCALPX is a tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. All trading decisions are your own.

Risk Disclosure — Critical

By using SCALPX you acknowledge and accept that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
• Automated trading signals may result in financial losses
• Smart contract interactions carry technical risks including bugs and exploits
• Token prices can go to zero; many tokens are scams or fraudulent
• Network congestion, slippage, and failed transactions may occur
• SCALPX does not guarantee any return on investment
• Auto-sell triggers may not execute in time due to network conditions
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes

Never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SCALPX. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
• Cryptocurrency trading is legal in your country or jurisdiction
• You are not on any sanctions list or prohibited from using financial services
• You are using SCALPX for personal, non-commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise

SCALPX is not available to residents of countries where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited by law.

Account Registration

You may register using email/password, X (Twitter), or Discord OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Ensuring your wallet private keys are never shared with SCALPX or anyone else

SCALPX never stores, requests, or has access to your wallet private keys or seed phrases. We are strictly non-custodial.

Subscription and Fees

SCALPX offers subscription plans billed through Stripe:

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly, cancel any time
• Annual: $99.90/year (~$8.32/month), 2 months free vs monthly billing

Additionally, SCALPX charges a platform fee of 0.5% on sell swaps executed through the terminal, collected via Jupiter's referral programme. This fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

Non-Custodial Nature

SCALPX is strictly non-custodial. This means:

• You connect your own Phantom or compatible Solana wallet
• All transactions require your explicit approval via Phantom
• SCALPX never holds, controls, or has access to your funds
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover any blockchain transactions
• You are solely responsible for all wallet activity

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated bots to exploit signal data beyond normal use
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or access controls

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, signals, algorithms, UI design, and code within SCALPX are the intellectual property of SCALPX. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal trading purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without express written permission.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SCALPX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or signal quality
• Responsibility for losses caused by auto-sell execution failures
• Responsibility for third-party services (Jupiter, Phantom, DexScreener, Helius)
• Accuracy of token information, price data, or liquidity figures

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCALPX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or missed profits
• Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorised access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
